Homelessness Transition Fund | Round 2 opening soon, up to £200K available

Round two of the Homelessness Transition Fund is due to open on 2 April 2012.

Main Grants of up to £200,000 over two years will be available to tackle homelessness in areas of high deprivation and focused on the key principles of No Second Night Out.

A Small Grants scheme will be in operation to support homelessness organisations that are at risk of closure and require help to secure their future. Grants of up to £25,000 over one year will be available.

There are also two free Webinars providing detailed guidance on how to apply, and the opportunity to ask questions. These will take place on:

11 April 2012, 3:00 – 4:00

30 April 2012, 10:00 – 11:00

The application criteria, priorities and application form have changed for Round 2, and old forms will not be accepted. A new online application form will be launched on 2 April 2012.

Small Grants: no deadlines, this will be a continuous, rolling programme
