Digital Switchover – Grants available for community and voluntary organisations

TV across the UK is going digital. This means the existing analogue TV signal will be switched off and replaced with a  new, stronger digital TV signal. The Central TV Region served by the Oxford transmitter group will start to switch to digital on 14th September 2011.
Community Impact Bucks has been appointed by Digital Outreach to work with the voluntary and community sector during the run up to the digital switchover by providing grants, materials, free training support and guidance to enable you to signpost the people you support. The Small Grant Programme funds events, activities and initiatives that get switchover and  Help Scheme information to as many people as possible.
If you would like to take part and find out more about the Small Grant Programme then please contact Carol Nutkins, Community Impact Bucks on 0845 3890389 or email carol@communityimpactbucks.org.uk
